Turner Vineyard is a sandy, rolling hillside site in the Sta. Rita Hills appellation. The strong ocean influence in the appellation makes this the coolest Syrah vineyard we work with. And cool climate Syrah means pepper, on the nose and in the mouth. This sleek, elegant Syrah also shines with vibrant notes of blueberry, raspberry and plum. This year’s Turner is full-bodied with a beautiful structure, medium tannins and a big finish of leather, smoke and spice. Enjoy the Turner now or age it up to 11 years.
