That means 18 vintages of Tensley Thompson, and Joey is as big a fan of this Los Alamos vineyard as ever. The coveted Thompson vineyard never fails to produce earthy, structured, fruit-driven wines that are favorites with customers and critics alike. The 2015 vintage is well-balanced and elegant yet also intense, showing rich notes of blackberries and lavender as well as hints of savory meats. This wine always ages beautifully and is sure to evolve well over the next 12 years.
