The 2018 Noir is nothing short of a “blockbuster”, and a “magical wine”, according to acclaimed wine critic, Jeb Dunnuck. According to Joey, it is the best Noir he has made to date. This decadent wine is made up of 60% Colson Canyon Syrah and 40% Tensley Vineyard Syrah. It was aged in 60% new and 40% neutral French oak barrels for 16 months. The result is a rich wine that is inky purple in color and shows intense notes of blackberries, ground pepper, violets and bacon fat. While powerful, the Noir is also elegant and provides a long, lingering finish. Drink this wine now or age it up to 25 years.
