2021 Nolan Vineyard Red Wine

Nolan Vineyard is located just down the street from the winery in Los Alamo. It’s a new vineyard, but give it a few years. It will be well known. A blend of Syrah, Mourvedre and Petite Sirah all from some of the steepest and highest blocks on the ranch. Most noticeable is the seamless texture. Fruit forward and savory at the same time. It isn’t easy to accomplish, but Nolan Ranch is a special location and can pull it off. Try it with a savory pork dish, I think it will go well.
