2021 OGT Syrah

It seems Oliver is changing every day, but the blend here remains the same. 100% Syrah from 50% Colson Canyon 25% Thompson 25% Tensley Vineyard. 2021 was one of the latest harvests in decade, which means it was cooler than most vintages. Cool vintages tend to have higher acid and freshness. But when you use Syrah from these locations you will always notice the power and texture. The dark fruits and fresh acid will hold up to just about any big dish but my favorite is a Santa Maria Red Oak Grilled Ribeye.
