Coming from our 2 acre backyard vineyard in Los Olivos, this vineyard gets lots of attention. All of our attention and intention is focused on growing the best wine we can. We are moving toward less and less water usage. Lower amounts of water means lower yields per acre, but more extracted, complex and complete wine. One of the most savory on the nose with a bit of bacon fat, herbs, spice, and rounding out with white pepper finish. Complex with a juicy mouthwatering round finish. Enough texture to cleanse your palette after eating a big pasta or meat course. Enjoy after an hour or two of decanting or over the next 20 years.
