2022 Clairette Blanche Martian Vineyard

From the famed organically-bio dynamic Martian Vineyard in Los Alamos. Clairette is known for retaining high levels of acidity, and fruit. With that said we thought we would ferment and age in 100% new French oak to see how the acid would show and am I glad we did. The aromatics burst from the glass with undeniable caramel and banana. The mouth is full of wonderful fruit and texture. One of my favorite’s whites I’ve ever made. I can’t wait to enjoy this wine for the next 10 years with fish and vegetable dishes.
