2023 Sta. Maria Valley Syrah Blend

Sta. Maria Valley Syrah is a blend from Minetti, Cottonwood Canyon and Colson Canyon vineyards. The aromatics that come from the sandy soils of this area are truly memorable. A medium-bodied palate with notes of ripe dark fruits, black currant, roasted coffee, black pepper, and slight smoky finish. Well balanced, structured tannins and a perfect acidity to pair with food. Age for the next 5-10 years and would benefit from some decanting.
