This estate grown, vineyard designated, Rosé comes from the tiny three acre parcel of Grenache at Colson Canyon Vineyard, harvesting only from 4 rows specifically farmed for this wine. This rosé has initial aromas of grapefruit, ripe strawberries, and custard. Beautiful, subtle tropical notes of lychee, fresh young coconut and hibiscus that make this wine intoxicating.
Racy acidity and hints of minerality round out this wine, giving it an intricacy that is hard to come by in a rosé. This luscious, light-medium bodied rosé is complex enough to pair with food, and yet playful enough to enjoy on its own all spring and summer long. Pair this wine with spicy Thai food, grilled seafood, or salty horderves.
