2018 Fundamental White

We based this wine primarily in Viognier then blended it with Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Chardonnay. A portion of the wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels while the rest aged in a stainless steel tank. Look for honeysuckle, tropical fruits and bananas on the nose and palate along with a rounded mouthfeel and a lingering finish that shows notes of white peach and Asian pear. Drink this wine now or age it over the next 2 to 5 years.
