This is the first year we’ve produced the Sta. Maria Valley Syrah blend from Cottonwood Canyon and Laird Vineyard. The flavors are savory, peppery and fruity at the same time. A medium-bodied with a solid structure that can easily age for ten years. A great food wine with a lifted acidity that makes it easy to pair with a variety of dishes.
